In the Dark;
And then that morning, some of the kidnapped in Somarium and some of the kidnapped in Vatheon found themselves again drawn to another location, another world, perhaps. They would wake up, scattered amongst the ruins, Vatheon architecture colliding with Somarium’s in a decrepit, mismatched way.
Those originating from Somarium might recognize the castle that had once been in the sky from the shadowy corridors. Those from Vatheon will surely see hints of the church in the columns and the curving doorways.
But regardless, it seems somehow they are now inside--and they are trapped there.
Opening doors leads to more shadowy corridors, monsters of rotting fish and shadowy, deadly noctaere. Some parts of the flooring are rotting as well, crumbling underneath the slightest of weight to reveal dark, cold, black water beneath.
Watch your step in this strange place--it seems to be hostile. Thankfully, it looks like you’ve got help, and from another world.

Welcome welcome Sommunists and Vatheonites to the crossover portion of this week!
As the signal post above indicates, everyone will be arriving in a mix-matched setting apart from Vatheon and Somarium which resembles a mash up of the Church and the Floating Castle, only now they’re trapped inside. All SFCs and Dreamberries appear to be missing as well. Everything will be face-to-face interaction here, but thankfully that’s not hard, as everyone is trapped in the same place. They will no longer be in Somarium or Vatheon, so you cannot post or tag things in game from 4/28 to 4/29. ICly that is how long the crossover will last, though backtagging is always acceptable and encouraged! Watch out for the monsters, and feel free to post and mingle around!
Please use this format to title your thread, so people can know what to tag:

More information can be found, again, at the plotting post, and questions can be asked here!
Most of all, have fun!

Ruca glanced at Kid.]
Are you alright?
no subject
[and he can't sense it, which only makes it worse. but he glances at Ruca.]
Thanks.
no subject
[you'll thank him after this thing is gone.
Ruca tries to find any movement in the darkness, but he has no luck... Then something attacks him from behind. He had no time to react!]
no subject
Look out!
[and going to reach out and grab the guy's arm with one hand to pull him toward him while the other fires a few rounds.]
no subject
T-thanks...
[but isn't that actually useless? They might never hit that thing - whatever it actually is - when it's hiding in the darkness]
We can't fight like this...
no subject
You said you know fire magic, correct?
no subject
[he was actually thinking of using his magic...]
Should I use it now? It won't last for too long, but I can cast the same spell a few times, if it's necessary.
no subject
Can it also ignite things? Like if I found some wood to use a makeshift torch?
no subject
[he mainly used it to fight monsters.]
no subject
[he then nodded to him.]
Go ahead.
no subject
[He closes his eyes, a red magic circle appears and after a moment he says:]
Fire Ball!
[with that three fireballs appear and are aimed into the darkness.]
no subject
but he also saw some broken table wood just a few feet in front of them by the wall before it became completely dark again.]
Did you see that broken table? Think you could try aiming your spell at it and see if we can ignite it? The corridor is damp and I didn't see anything hanging along the walls, so it's unlikely that a fire would spread.
okay, I don't know how that even happened O_O;;;;;;
[saying that he tried one more time to cast the Fireball spell. It hit the wood and after a moment a very weak flame could be seen.
It seemed that despite all the water some parts of the wood where still dry enough to get catch on fire.
Ruca picked up one of the pieces of the wood, one that was good enough to use it as a torch.]
It worked... but I'm not sure if it will last for long.
wha? o.o
It should work for now. When you set of the first set, I thought I saw the way out and some light. We just need to try and hurry past this area.
[quickly thinking.]
I can't hold a torch because of my guns, so you'll have to light the way unfortunately. But at least I should be able to see now, so I'll try and take out anything that might appear.
I replied to a wrong comment earlier orz;;;
[Ruca looked around. For a second he was sure he's seen a strange shadow in the distance, but he it disappeared so quickly...]
...Let's go.
[the sooner they leave this place the better.]
ooooooooooh.... ...i hate it when i do that too OTL /patpat
though every now and then there's a small splash, but whenever Kid looked there was nothing. they just needed to get to the end...if they can do that...]
i still wonder how that even happened...
Ruca is pretty sure that something is there, hiding, but for some reason it doesn't attack. Is it afraid of fire? Or maybe it is waiting for a right moment to attack?]
dw likes to play tricks on us sob
as soon as they pass a certain spot, Kid hears a loud splash and turns just in time to see something lunge out at them.]
Look out!
[and shots fired, shots fired!]
I think that one was my fault... orz
But as he got further away something else attacked him from behind.]
...There are more of them?!
[this is not good. Not good at all!]
/patpat it's okay
[shoot. well, he had two hands and two handguns for a reason.]
Ruca, get behind me!
[and just going to fire a few shots at the other one to try and distract it while keeping the other on the first.]
no subject
Ruca is going to get behind you as quickly as he can.
And he isn't very quick, but he still manages to do it.]
...This isn't good.
[okay, now focus on casting Ruca.]
no subject
[he fires a few more shots, keeping it back, but it was fast, dammit. most of them were just grazing that thick hide. but it seems to be keeping its distance.]
no subject
[casting a spell... and this one will be much more powerful than the fireballs.
still he needs time to cast it.]
no subject
[and pew pew pew, he's quick to fire whenever the noctaere advances, making it stay back just far enough. but it would be only a matter of time before it just lunged at them so hurry, Ruca!]
no subject
Stand back!
[From the point Ruca is standing now, a mass of swirling flames is shot forward, directed at the noctaere.
Now, monster, you will taste Ruca's "Spiral Flare"!]
